Can you work with our existing in-house development team?
Yes, and it is a common arrangement. Sometimes that means we take one clearly separated piece, such as a customer-facing portal or a mobile app, while your team keeps the core system. Sometimes it means we extend what already exists, in which case we start by reading the codebase and agreeing where our changes will and will not reach. What we ask for is a single technical point of contact on your side, access to a staging environment rather than production, and agreement on how code gets reviewed and deployed. What we will not do is make undocumented changes to a system your team depends on. If the existing code has problems that affect the work, we will say so plainly and price the fix rather than quietly building around it.
